Booking Across Canada party JUNE 1ST!

I just messaged all the teachers (I think, sorry if I missed you) who said they'd be interested in participating. If you are a new follower, and don't know what I'm talking about, check out my FAQ.

I hope we can get a great collection of Canadian resources from this party, and make some great new online friends.

If you would like me to review other books for kids please leave a comment. It must be useful to either teachers or parents of children age 4 to grade 2.

  1. I'm going to start getting ready for the party.

    rubberboots and elf shoes

  2. You didn't email me but I have been getting my part ready.

  3. Can you offer any advice on quoting/using actual text from the books? I am working on my freebie, but I don't have any resources like this in my TPT Store b/c I'm always worried about copyright. You'd seen the USA Booking party - did people use sections of text in their posts/products? Do you know about including text from a book in a freebie or priced item - what's allowed and so on? Thanks!

    1. Sorry, I don't know. I always ere on the side of caution, but I assume if you leave credit to the source it should be okay. It's obviously a resource to use with the source you're quoting, so it's not like you're claiming it as your own. Just say the page number or something else to make it clear it's taken.

  4. I am almost done with my products for the Booking Across Canada. I can't wait!!! I gave a sneak peak on my blog today :)
